Thanks so much for sharing. I'm totally obsessed by this band! There's not many interviews floating around there, and there's not enough car bomb content in general, so this is absolute gold.
Dude, this isnamong my top favorite bands of all time. Crunchy, muddy, melodic, dissonant harmonies, like fuck yes. Sending appreciation from Latin America, yo
I remember trying to search how to say that, i found a written interview a while back that said "w click w", but now i have reassurance from the bassist :)
I think Greg not sharing how to do the crazy pitch shifting because he doesn't want low effort copies, I have ~0 experience in anything sound but I assume if you do learn it wouldn't be impossible to accomplish what Greg does in your own way, and along the way it could be slightly different and more unique to you.
I feel like it's more because he feels like it should be a Musician's sudoku or something like that, As an example, Whenever a new Meshuggah song comes out he's one of the first to try to nail the riff or "solve the puzzle" Not sure if he's trying to stop people from being low effort copies tho. Just like the W^W^^W^W album title, He just loved that it was still unknown what it meant, and loved seeing people trying to figure it out.
All Love understanable but those, thanks "god," fairly admit to be "music students" more or less. you do not just "play in a band" and do that stuff, period. Same goees for adebisi mudubabas djeent adventure
I was hoping maybe these guys would have some sort of skepticism towards this dubious pandemic and mandatory injections, but no it seems. I still love them, but jeez...
