If you want to claim Chris was involved you'll at least need to provide (1) A motive (2) lack of alibi (3) hard evidence proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. You have none of these. Yolanda would reasonably have exposed Chris' involvement to save herself and that never was a topic. Her best and strongest defense was accidental weapon discharge.
