Interview with Isabel Martinson,Chief Executive from the Gift Association 

Isabel, Chief Executive of the Giftware Association gives a very comprehensive insight into what you can and should do before considering selling gifts. The video gives some background to the association, why it exists and benefits to members. Isabel also explains the options available to purchase gifts from visiting certain websites, to fashion magazines, to visiting trade shows and the benefits of trade magazines - she talks about the benefits of each of these approaches. At the end of the video the last two minutes is Isabel summarising everything you need to consider from space, product selection and testing, the market, understanding demographics, competition, talking to customers, suppliers, price, atmosphere in store, local PR etc.
