In 1996 my taekwon-do master (Willy van de Mortel) gave me a VHS tape of the 'open japan 1995'.. And, i'v probably seen it over 80 times, i was a very flexible taekwon-do fighter that time aswell.. But - 63kg, we in our dojang, we copi your kicking combinations, after one year master Willy came back frome Japan with the VHS tape 'morangbong cup open Japan 1996'..we loved and 1997 was totally amazing. I was a first dan that time, in 1999 i was selected for campionato del mundo in Buenos Aires - 63 i met you there, it was great to see you in real.. I compete to 2013 (at the age of 41!) i had to quit because of serious hip damage.. I become very depressed in that time and i quit TKD total.. In 2021 i got my hip surgery resurfacing in Belgium.. Now i feel good.. I train once or twice a month with my son, i'm 51 now, not kicking to high anymore and i'm very happy now.. Its good to see you on the RU-vid.. Regards from Holland 👍💪💪
