Providing free support and practical help to visitors affected by crime, the Irish Tourist Assistance Service has been rebranded Tourist SOS and is now in its 30th year.
ITIC caught up with Lisa Kennedy, CEO of Tourist SOS, to hear about the unique service that means 9 out of 10 visitors that are impacted by crime while here can continue their holiday in Ireland.
