Kozmo was a player in the demise of the Clash from what I’ve read…he was in Joe’s ear regarding Mick and helped drive a wedge between those two. Even in this clip you can hear him speaking of the band as if he had anything creative to do with it…
Kicking Mick Jones out, allowing no-talent Bernie Rhodes to be a creative force, looking backward towards punk instead of forward to dance/funk/soul, and playing arenas instead of clubs. The Clash really did lose all integrity.
