Former President Premadasa faced an impeachment in parliament in 1991, and possibly President Ranil Wickramasinghe will not want to get impeached in parliament so will support the Rajapaksas and their SLPP (Pohottuwa) party members and supporters until the Sri Lankan Citizens will get the chance to vote and select their choices at the next Presidential Election in Sri Lanka whenever it may happen.

Totally wrong. Financial mismanagement and wrong policies are what made this situation. Ranil W. is the least responsible for it in current SL politics.

Everyone rejected Ranil but God is on the peoples side with a bitter lesson to those rejected him.with a long political experience Ranil became President when his own party was defeated.Sajith was with the UNP after his father all the time with revangeful mind to teach Ranil a lesson.but what happened is God's work.God Bless Srilanka.save us from the culprits.
