Of course he can speak english more fluent than Yoshiki. Toshi sang in English for 5 albums. (note: they did a remake of all their albums from the early 80's to now in English)

Anso He also does a lot of makeup. I saw his face without make up in the We are X documentary. He has a stubble and wrinkles, but he still looks magnificently good. ToshI aged a lot due to the abuse he suffered from the cult. Poor guy.

The ppl there physically and mentally abused him and forced him to play music to no end and spread their message with his fame. He lost tons of money and a lot of freedom. He still has physical issues as a result of the abuse.
Yoshiki has had the habit of playing with his hair ever since he was a teenager. Even in his 20's you can see him doing it constantly in interviews. BUT JESUS CHRIST he's going at that ONE PIECE OF HAIR so hard in this interview. I WANT TO SMACK HIS HAND AND TELL HIM "NO. STOP DOING THAT. YOU'RE GETTING YOUR HAIR ALL TANGLED."
Tifyna Yusof ToshI's pronunciation is phenomenal, but Yoshiki has more skill in language comprehension. If ToshI lived in LA, he may actually be able to speak like a native.

I knew he played with his hair a lot, but this interview, exactly what you said "he's going at that ONE PIECE OF HAIR" On other topics, I was using google to translate the questions(the vid is REALLY quiet) and mid-word I stopped and looked at it (it was the the 'how's your neck?' question) and mid-word of 'neck' the question read "How is your naked...?" I busted out laughing XD
+Sadimal Yeah, I know that. I suppose that with the release of the acoustic version of "La Venus" (which is pure magic) and the performance of "Kiss the Sky," it's easier to believe. Still, it's hilarious how long it's been taking them. I can only wonder what's been going on behind the scenes.
