I had recently sold a home and did the entire signing online. That was great! Shawn was actually my signing agent! I choose to pursue becoming a RON myself and have one session yesterday with Shawn and can say without a doubt great guy and a great instructor also. Shawn's training was superb; he has a very good demeanor. He is very knowledgeable about Notarize and One Notary. He also explained to me how to complete ipen transactions. Ive been a traditional notary since 2005 and Ive heard of all the different things I could do with my certification, but Ive never really wanted to until I stumbled upon your videos, that being said, I am now a notary signing agent through the NNA. Wow. I needed this. I be can relate to this guy so much. I’m in the processing of starting my notary business and I too also work in IT full time.

When I say AMAZING, PATIENT and FRIENDLY believe me that is what Shawn is. Got up panicking because I was not getting help from who should be helping me and I signed up for his coaching. 1hr later he was available for coaching. He allowed me to do the work first and then showed me where I went wrong. For someone who is very very new to the Notary game he is who you want on your team. I have reached out to others but no one was willing to take the time to assist or guide me. He gave some excellent suggestions that I will take once I master the RON platform. Thank you for taking the time to share info about RONs. I have been a traditional general notary for 20+ years. Basically, it was for the purpose of family documents and/or as an on-the-job resource. I remember some years ago when the electronic notary came about but never took it much into consideration. I got training from Shawn after watching this video. This is my experience. Shawn's training is very comprehensive. I was left extremely impressed by how well the training was put together. He provides study materials, links, videos, and diagrams. He walks you through each section of his training. Nothing felt rushed. We spent an equal amount of time on the big and small parts of the training materials. I really love how I got the opportunity to see how everything works in real-time. My favorite part of our session was just experiencing his broad base of knowledge about everything being taught. Shawn having an IT background I think added something to the training where I got to learn things to help myself or future clients when technology glitches make your appointments complicated. My biggest takeaway would be the level of organization and patience involved. I fumbled a bit and caused a few delays during my training. My laptop didn’t always do what I wanted it to do. It would often take me a minute or 2 to figure out how to move forward. The whole time I never felt time-crunched. Shawn was very patient and professional and even went over our scheduled time by a few minutes. We finished every part of the training without any sense of urgency. When the session was over, I felt like I learned a lot. Shawn makes it easy to asks questions along the way. I look forward to more sessions on different topics and I would recommend Shawn to just about anyone looking to learn anything RON-related. He’s a pro and ridiculously talented at being able to teach things in a way where you can understand the material. Thanks for the mentoring session Shawn and great job!

So far I can not find any course in this.
