It's never gonna be easy trust me, I am unaware of your particular field but i can say this with confidence that if you don't stand out you wont be able to land a job here

And of course you can do masters since u have good experience in this area. Try to apply for direct job if possible

Its the same as all the other commerce fields, its almost impossible for freshers, if you have a few years under your belt then maybe you can still get a job
