Thanks for conducting the interview. I am sure next time you will have the sound issues resolved and can hopefully interview Nicholas again. I think for future videos it would be good to discuss what happens next after you close...for a full time owner and for someone who will be renting out their house when they are not using it. Also, what the selling process is like and what to expect.

That's fair! I know most people I speak to prefer a real estate agent, but I think it's mainly due to the fact that it's such a normal thing in the US.
Unfortunately, with this particular video it was my first "interview style" video, so you definitely have to play it with the volume on high. I messed with the audio during editing in several different ways, but that was the best I could do. Comments like this are motivating though, because next time I've got a better idea as to how I can nip that problem in the bud before it happens. Thanks!
