@ChahtaAnumpa That is not the definition of an MLM... You really hear multi-level and then figured that EVERYTHING with multiple levels is a Multi level marketing system? An MLM is where you sell things to people below you and buy things from people above you. The people at the top always make the most money by recruiting people under them. None of which is similar to the Mormon concept of Heaven lol.

We don't "know" that. As a matter of fact, we don't. There are allegations and claims that have not been substantiated. And you shouldn't claim something that can't be proven against someone who's not alive to defend themselves.

He coherence married women into marrying him with threats of damnation if they didn't while their husbands were away on missions he sent them on. He was a conman and plagiarized other works to make the book of mormon. He was a criminal with a lengthy record, including disorderly person, assault, treason, start of underage relationship and affair, plagiarism and fraud, conspiracy to murder, illegal banking, and threats to multiple people. Multiple accounts who knew the entire family said they were all awful and didn't like any of them even before he started his religious scam. The guy sucked, and I'm going to continue to say that even though he's already dead. Just like I can say that Jim Jones (another cult leader) sucked. If you're mormon, and that's why you're defending him, I wish you the best of luck with that and hope you get out.

@@jbelli211 None were proven in court. Many false cases were made against him. And corrupt judges ruled. The destruction of the printing press was agreed upon by the city council because it was inflammatory and called for further violence against mormons who had been murdered and raped out of every city they had been in. An attempt to continue that violence in their new home was seen as a direct threat to the safety of the people. And such action was not what caused his martyrdom. It was a collection of hatred, misinformation, and lies that inflamed them to murder.

@@sommerpyne1986 because they literally don’t believe that Christ is God, they believe that he’s a man who achieved God like status similarly they believe that about God the father they believe Christ was born by two spirit being having sex together, and Jesus and the Father aren’t eternally God, they believe in many many many Gods. They believe that The Father and Son are not one. And they don’t believe that what Christ did on the cross was enough. They teach that the cross covers all that you weren’t able to do yourself. They are not Christians, they fall completely outside the lines of Christianity. They just use the same characters but follow a false alternate version of Who God truly is.

The believe Christ was the brother of Lucifer, a regular person that was able to be perfect and so everyone else can be perfect too, they believe that because of that our salvation is based on all we can do, then hopefully Christs grace will cover what’s left
