Atty. Kirwen is eloquent and has mastery on his craft. He came prepared and ate! It may be expensive to have numerous consultants and professional needed to build a house but in the long run, it will protect you as a home owner.

🔴What I like with Atty. Oliver's answers everytime Slater will ask his opinion, is that he always starts with "CHECKING FIRST WHAT'S IN THE CONTRACT" for the side of the owner which is yun naman ang tamaa din talaga. Kasi mapapahiya lang si home owner kung diretso lang siyang mag reklamo eh nag agree naman pala siya base sa nakasulat sa kanilang kontrata.

I was thinking about this when I saw Oliver in Its Showtime and he said he's from Cebu. I remembered what Kryz said na maliit mundo sa Cebu, pretty much magkakakilala halos yung mga tao.. I thought of Oliver na may business with the skyfam. True enough.. 😂 meron nga hahaha. Kryz was right!

Hi Slater thanks for such an in depth conversation. The problem is even when one employs a top engineer to build a house, the workers he puts on the job are less then satisfactory. Resulting in problems down the line. Thanks for sharing.
