আমার crp 121.3 Urine amylase 1106 CT features shows inflammatory ileo-caecal mass-- suggestive of TB/ chron's disease FINDINGS: Symmetrical circumpherential gut wall thickening is noted in the ileo-caecal region with luminal narrowing after I/V contrast; mild enhancement of the lesion is noted perilesional fat densification peritoneal thickening and omental adhesion are noted. Based on this report my TV started medicine today 1 month 15 days some improvement than before but not getting full recovery but apart from that I am doing many more tests no TB sample came in konota. Sir plz favor me with advice, sir please, thanks in advance sir. ❤❤
