Respected sir,,am post graduate General surgery. Thank you for this lecture,,I come across a case of Pain abdomen,lower abdominal distension,,we did exploratory laporatomy we found multiple tubercles at the Ileocecal junction , thickened ceacum,,and enlarged lymph nodes,,rest of the bowel is normal..we start ATT on clinical basis,,after the report of lymphnode: we got metastatic mucin secreting adenocarcinoma and we reexplore it and did right hemicolectomy..Is it possible scenario sir..
