Obesity runs in my family and I know none of them can eat like that. No one is that hungry. That woman has to have something wrong in her brain that doesn't let her feel full.
cant really take phil seriously seeing as hes not a real doctor (anymore). cant take advice in 2023 from techniques last used in 2007 because thats when he last practiced. HOWEVER ill admit, his show used to be entertaing. made oprah and NBC some pretty good money
