I would go crazy for that type of VR game. I've played a ton of remedy games, especially control and Alan wake. I guess it is no coincidence that I love ITR so much then lol 😆
Everything about this game is such a huge improvement over the first ITR. I am so F***ING STOKED TO PLAY THIS ON THE 24th!!! hope there is an option for matchmaking with random online players and hope to see you all out there! I swear ITR and ITR2 are some of the first ACTUAL VR games, most other ones are really good but feel demo-y. Even some of the shooters, either feel like demos or like VR copies of flat screens games. I know that ITR is similar to STALKER, but more realistically it's based on Roadside Picnic (book that stalker is based on too) so it really is it's own thing.
Honestly I love how everything being cleaner is part of the lore. This is just a different facility that they seemed to care about alot more. Everything is newer technology, pretty much every device is a way more advanced version, you get a uniform. The first game legit just feels like a base that wasn't allowed as many materials still, not like a game from when the devs had less experience.
That visual fidelity is nuts! The dust on the back of the tablet... You model that! I'm so glad to see stalker VR I mean into the radius getting a second game with a very promising future. The blue tape on the back of the bag is the same blue tape that's round your leg. It's so you can tell they're both from the same meat bag when everything is spread across a three mile radius. Wait a second what did you say about a Co-op mode?
Wow! Thank you for 4k man! Graphics looks shockingly good! It's sad and great to say at the same time that this is probably the second best looking game after HL Alyx. Great because I am happy for the ITR franchise development, and sad 'cause we have not had a lot of decent titles for all of these years....
Hey I was gonna ask what your PC setup looks like, also what are you using for recording in VR? It looks more "fullscreen" I guess you could say. Or is this default how OBS captures ITR2? I'll be getting a key on launch day and want to make sure I'm fully setup for everything
Love how your bag drops when you die ! Just one thing to pickup when you come back. Wonder if there's a way to carry 2 bags though, same with chest rigs. otherwise you would have to go back to your body with no bag and rig

This all looks fantastic but I can't get behind the new digital tech. Part of the aesthetic appeal from the last game was the analog horror-type tech that you were stuck with - cassette tapes and paper maps and retro flashlights and stuff.

it looks amazing but to me its missing a little bit of that feel from the previous game where everything was run down and you were just alone in this weird place. but dont get me wrong im absolutely playing this game as soon as possible
I hate that I don't have a strong enough PC and am locked to the Quest. Hooefully by the time I can save enough for the Quest 3 it'll be out for it or at least soon. This game looks so good it hurts. I NEED TO BE INSIDE IT SO BADLY.

ok i have a quest 2 but i can play steam vr games on it but my pc runs the vr games not the headset right? cuz if so ima be in the er from an oculus exploding in my face
