Hi 🌻 Yes. This is a general rule as academics but now different attachments have come with their own systems.

How patient can maintain hygiene? I mean can patient remove the removable part, clean it and wear it once in a day? Will it become loose by doing so?

Hi! 🌻 Patient can clean the parts attached to denture with a denture brush and part in the tooth with oral brush and micro brushes available. No. It will not make it loose.

@@rownakbhattacharjee7046 It will be cleaned outside the mouth just as a normal denture is cleaned. Retainer part is attached to denture with acrylic. So it will not separate from denture.
