1. Plan your day on the same morning.( Trade planning after 8:30 am everyday) 2. Plan for gap up, gap down and flat opening. 3. In order to avoid over-trading, always have a side hobby. So that you can distract your mind from the market. 4. Don't summarise the day right after the market closes. Take enough time to settle your mind, then summarise your day.(Better after having dinner). Thank me later

Dear Divine Mentor 🙏🙏🙏 Ur analysis is always being Mind blowing. I am regularly watching ur full video almost every day due to knowledgeable script in free. Ur efforts are also marvellous cz u r really good enough to our Trading Society sir. I have well understood ur both methods -5EMA & Traffic Light but in live market I did not able to capture such big rallies in last 120 days bcz of my poor psychology, more analysis or waiting for safe trades.. Thing is in live market I used to fail to deliver the plan made exactly as per ur video & I really failed to implement & execute sir. I had have my various courses both Basic & Advance but I do not know why I do failed in live mkt. How much experience it will require to bcm a profitable professional & independent trader. 10:15 am on Friday....had not taken a single trade....simply went to sleep 12:15 ka alarm lagaya...tab bhi nahi Samjha 2:15 pm ka alarm lagaya aur ek picture dekh liya Tab bhi nahi Samjha Ultimately no trade was taken Had I taken the 10:15 breakdown WHICH I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND I would have closed the day in NPNL POINT IS :::: TRADE What you understand and are confident about....warna ek din Jaane do....uss din se seekh lo.... dear sir, lots of respect for your teaching. my analysis probability is good enough, my console shows enough green marks in monthly basis infact i can say it is more than 70 to 80 percent correct. still i am not profitable yet, the only thing bothers me a lot is the size of loss. one or two loss makes a big dent. i am working on my R R ratio and quantity size, i hope with your help and guideance i will become profitale soon. regards Ravi kant verma.

sir i loose 3 lack rupees in last 1 year...1 feb ke pehle ka apka budget analysis ...25 jan ka analysys ..ye 2 din muze pata hone ke bad mein bhi mein catch nhi kar paya kyoki time pe mere pass capital he nhi tha 25 jan ko....second day i loose 70k after 50 k profit.....maine apse uske bad bhotkuch sikha hai...nd roj analysis bhi dekhta hoon....my want ki log mere mistake se sikhe jo apne bhi bataye hai 1. loan leke karja leke trade karan 2. job honi chahiye ya any side income 3. risk management as of now may sirf roj market dekh raha hu ...and learning each bit...next time ill roar 1:10000000 definately....Thank you for your precious knowledge #mentor...!!!

As I am using 20k Capital but having 3 SL continuously and the amount lost 1250 per trade (one Day one Trade Rule). Sir 40k to 50k chapital valo ke liye kuch achi startegy Lao na jiska RRR accha ho 5 EMA & baki hai accha but chote chapital vale itna SL hit ke bad chapital khatam ho jata hai 🙂❤️

Very good video Sir. Thank you. I would like you to do a similar video for Psychology on Expiry day trades. As I feel others might have this problem too. I make 20-30% profit on my capital on weekly expiry intraday but on Thursday I go on tilt and make a loss of 70 to 80% more often than not. I have noticed two things in my errors: 1. The sheer discount on premiums makes me take many lots and bet sizing strategy goes haywire. 2. I do make right directional predictions but start taking positions on 1st half of session and my predictions start working on 2nd half and by then my average cost is too low and theta loss is very strong and unless gamma effect comes in strong play, there is not enough time to make a decision on taking profit or less loss. I am stuck in this vicious cycle of expiry day losses. Almost all of my non expiry day trades are in profit and good profit but on Thursday it’s mostly huge losses. I think starting to take next week expiry trades is a good option, i tried it too but then I do not want to hold huge lots if it goes sideways and psychologically it’s a choke point as I will think there is still time and have done this mistake before as well. Not trading on expiry is not the solution for me, so please guide accordingly. Thank you again. I have recently started ( 2 months) to learn from your video and I like your straightforward approach. Have been trading derevs for 2 years and I honestly enjoy it.

Great sir, Sir mai Equity me trade karna pasand karta hu. Market open hone ke badh Top gainer ,top looser ko find karta hu ,aur us ke badh , Gape up & Top gainer ka resistance level mark karta hu, Uske bad 5 minute ka time frame me price action ka wait karta hu. Us ke badh trade leya hu 60 % capital se , price mare Faber me move Keya to Permitting karta hu , aur stop loss trail karta hu.

Over trading is biggest enemy for a trader , it make bad psychology , last expiry I was sitting with very good profit in morning in the end I was at big loss all thanks to overtrading. Thanks Bhai these kind of video, this really help out to overcome and help us to build us good psychology.
