VWAP by definition ( (High + Low + Close) / 3 of the first candle of the day) will always be inside the first candle! Given this, the condition will ALWAYS be fulfilled... or rather invalid condition.

I doubt whether we really have that much time to go through the charts within 10 min the prices start moving upwards for quite a few shares and by the time we decide about the stocks to be bought it goes beyond reach in the sense min scope for profit or risk of loss
