Same situation I have switched to a levels after doing matric from federal board and I have good marks in maths but not sure if a levels maths would suit me or not though I like doing maths but I've heard that if you haven't done o levels maths than u can't do a levels maths

It's possible but will require lots of efforts considering workload and time required for topical pps practice.Also depends on other factors such as are you appearing for any other subject as well or not.

I studied add maths in O level (got an A), and gave my AS maths exam 2 months ago. From my experience, taking add maths in O level will help out in A level maths, a lot. Much of the syllabus is same, and since A level teachers have lesser time when teaching new concepts, if you have a grasp on what will be taught in A level, you will understand concepts much more easily. My A level classmates who hadn't taken Add maths, took much longer than me when a new concept was taught in A level. I'll be the first to admit, out of the O level subjects I took (bio physics chem maths addmaths english pst isl urdu), add maths was the hardest. But it will help out if you're planning to take maths in A level. In A level, if you take 3 subjects, and you have a lot of understanding of maths, you will be able to give more time to the other 2 subjects. Hope this helps anyone decide if they should take add maths. Personally, I'd highly recommend it.

Just start A levels and give Sociology in Oct Nov or next year with As subjects.
