Artificial flies are one of the many ways you can target fish in PA! In this video, PFBC Fishing Skills Instructor, George Daniel, introduces viewers to a basic, but effective “First Fly”. This basic, but effective first fly is called the “Green Weenie”. It can imitate anything from caddis larvae to green inchworms. This pattern is effective at catching fish year-round, although, the best time to use it, is late spring through early fall.
