I grew up on a small 188 acre dairy farm in MN in the early 60's. Wheelchair from a childhood disease made me take a different patth in life. Farming can be a great life, but hard work. It has to be a labor of love to do it the right way verses all the industrial farmers and their methods. God may have given man the knowledge to create artificial fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides, but they in turn kill many of the natural microorganisms God gave us to create healthy soils. Through your youtube feedback you can see I'm now watching from 1/2 way around the world. I pray farming fulfils your soul, because thats what matters when one looks back at life's accomplishments. God Bless and may he keep you healthy and safe.....
It's so awesome to hear the deep love you have for the farm, and some of the reasons why. It's like you've discovered the same calling that inspired your ancestors. How special and fulfilling it must be to work the same soil, and to recognize that each generation is simply building upon the past generations struggles and successes. I also appreciate your wisdom in being patient, learning and waiting for the right time. 💜
Your roots are in the soil of that farm. God bless your ancestors and Brett who is its brief care giver. Your next. Please above all else farm safe. Always wear protective equipment, no matter how hot it gets. A new subscriber and marathon watching your back pages👍👍🐮💚 Hillsboro NH .
Taylor, the following comment is from my 8yo daughter... "Daddy she is so pretty! Can i work with cows like that when I get older? " She loves watching your videos and I appreciate how you explain everything so even my daughter understands. My wife says it takes a lot if work to do what you do and still be a lady. She further said that if she was recording her day half of the audio would be bleeped out 🙄 As for my daughter... Thank you for being a positive rolemodel for her
Hi, that is SO sweet! I’m so glad she enjoys watching, tell her I said hi! Believe me I certainly have my moments when I’d like to say a few choice words!😅. But that’s just life! Thanks so much for your wonderful comments!! See ya soon!
You never stop learning and Brent is not doing what he does because of his massive income. I suspect that when he is ready to slow down he isn't the type to demand a huge price from you. The best of luck to you both.
Glad you found something that you liked doing and are very passionate about. Like some people say college is not for everyone and it’s up to you to decide what you want to do with your life!!! Keep these videos coming, I used to milk cows anywhere from 40-1500 . Now I drive a semi truck
You just answered a lot of questions and that's an amazing story. From the first time I watched one of your videos a few months ago I could tell you loved farming. A college degree would probably be a waste of valuable time and money because you're living your dream and that's what life is all about.
Hey Tay!!! Thx for taking the time to tell us your story. Love watching your channel and VERY interesting the background of the farm and your 2 families. Take Care!!!
Morning Taylor Love ❤️ your videos keep up the good work it’s nice to see a young person take interest in farming, Brent is lucky to have you take care from over the water 🇬🇧🙂❤️👍🏻
I intuitively knew it from the first video I saw that you had some connection to all this property. No hired worker is as sincere in doing the routine chores as you display everytime. Good for you and God bless you and your family. 👍😁😍🇺🇸.
Excellent Taylor, allot of people have commented on this already but there’s not allot of people wanting this anymore. Barely any days off and most days seem like the odds are against you. How ever it seems like you know what your doing. I hope our country starts appreciating the farmers more, especially our small family farms. I hope my doughter someday has the choice of a small agricultural opportunity. Thank you for the videos keep up the hard work.
Great back story, thank you. I watch the millennial farmer, how farms work and other you tube creators. YT pointed me to you. Great choice not going to college. Real life and work teaches much more than you will ever learn there. You have a good videography eye and tell a good story which keep your videos interesting. I'm a 70 yr old retired truck driver and enjoy watching other people work now. LOL. Use sun screen! Don't get burnt. You will be glad when you are my age.
Good morning Taylor, I think it’s great that you decided what you want to do with your future and it’s only fitting that you work on this farm which was once in your family generations ago. I do hope that one day you do get to have your own farm so that you can start another generation of farming for your family. And I do think you already have the knowledge and experience to do just that. Thanks again for another great video. 🐄🚜
Good morning Taylor. Great everytime I hear from you!! You are a pleasure to watch farming. You catch on to the things that go along with farming very quickly! Please be careful and God bless you today and every day!!!! Eddy
Hi Taylor great little video. Thank you for taking the time to make your videos, you certainly explain what you are doing in a very informative way. Your videos are very easy to watch and you explain things very well. Hope the weather is holding so you can get the hay finish thanks again take care and stay safe 👍 😊.
Taylor, you are lovely. It's a good choice, and you have a knack for the dairy and all that it takes to make it happen smoothly. Your family history makes this all the more interesting!
Very nice video Tay, it is a beautiful farm I hope you do own it one day. Nice to hear all of this in one video it may stop some of the many questions you get. Stay safe and healthy.
Taylor: I’ve been watching your channel for about a week (just cycling through older videos as they come in my feed) and I’m hooked. Your calm, friendly style and your dedication to doing things properly - including being a fine colleague to Brent - really impressive.
Was very cool to hear how the land that you work was actually started by your 5th Great Grandfather! I have been riding along in this channel since you were at the four thousand sub mark and it has been such a pleasure to see all that goes on. You are very informative Taylor in explaining what's going on while you work and the reasons for certain decisions made too! Always a kick when you make us Fans laugh with your humor or silliness and your humble and loving ways with the cows gives us all an idea of your wonderful character! Always a treat to see your name in my mailbox! Stay Safe and Keep Smiling and Strutting! MOO From COW-lumbus, Ohio 👋
I do Christmas trees in Missouri and it’s a labor of love. Always something to do in the summer. I have a Mahindra 6500 and wonder how I can ever live without it, 59 hp is all I need at the moment. I enjoy your passion for what you do it makes your videos stand out. I hope my daughter develops a bit of passion for farming she’s 12 right now and couldn’t care less. 😂
I absolutely love your channel. I have been watching all week. Inspirational. Thank you for sharing. I would like some more videos like this one and of course love the regular videos too! God Bless.

Farming is always a learning experience. Nobody knows everything about how to care land how to care for your crops hock care for your livestock care for your equipment as you as you experiencing as I hit in a mess, but true farming like what you and Brent are doing is an honorable careerand I’m proud of you that you caught one of it at a very young age you’re doing good girl keep up the good work
You have a great story, and would inspire thousands of young people your age if they would just listen to your story. I hope you’re able to realize on your dream and own that farm someday, those animals and the land deserve someone like you.
The very best of luck and happiness Taylor for the future. Wishing you all the best in your life and future. Kind regards and all the best Patrick Brazil 😊.

Good morning Taylor Very happy to hear how you got to this point in your career , I am very happy that you share your experience’s an your daily learning. For sure you make a very good dairy farmer an owner of a very successful farm one day . Please continue sharing your experience’s
Farming is what I always wanted to do. My family has a third generation dairy farm in Northwestern Pennsylvania. My Grandpa was raised there. He sold his share of the farm to his younger brother. He had a smaller farm just down the road from the main farm. This is where I live now. Working on getting fences built so one day I can raise beef cows. As for now I just sell hay.
Great video on your background into the farming industry. It is a very rewarding life.. Nice for you to share some of your likes. You are a complete package. Love of the outdoors is a great start. Farming is a great way of life. You make my day when you post a video. It brings back memories of my childhood. I grew up on farm and enjoyed every minute of it. My only regret was when I had to leave the farm and go back home. I lived on the farm from 3rd grade to 7th grade. I hated it when i returned to the city life. No fun. But like you made the best of it. Had a very rewarding Automotive career. And I thank my uncle for all the thigs that he taught me. I learned most of automotive skills from him. Like you we did the maintenance on all the equipment ourselves. Good luck and God Bless
Hi Taylor Just watched your reintroduction compelling historical story on the back ground of you connecting with the farm It is a great foundation for your channel I consider myself to be a good Judge of character YOU WILL GO ALL THE WAY Stewart!!!!!!
I have no doubt as dedicated to the dairy business and farming part as you are, someday, hopefully sooner than later, you will buy it. I am sure Brent will work a deal with you with a contract of sale with small down payment and yearly interest terms you both can live with. He probably will want to remain active in the business even if he sells, as long as health allows, and you two could work a side deal on that.. Best wishes to you Taylor!
Hi 🖐🏽 Taylor still catching up you’re video was beautiful explaining who you are and good to meet you you’re one awesome beautiful young lady and Brent the best he will teach you a lot he has lots of knowledge and as always you and Brent be safe 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Thanks for the update, Taylor, I love your perspective and Brent's perspective, it really helps me where I'm running goats chickens & pigs by myself and teaching children, to see two people running all those cows.
Great introduction Taylor, you choose well farming. I am a farmer and appreciate what a great work ethic you have. The farm will be in good hands with you farming it.
Good reintroduction. You stand out in today's world for the hard work farming, and especially, dairy farming requires. The nice thing about a small farm is that you experience and must do everything. The negative is that you must do everything. The farms beautiful natural setting allows for a video balance of your farm work, and the beauty around you of Central Maine. A couple of months ago I mentioned that you might want to merchandise your TayFarms logo, and offered some suggestions. Others are doing it and that would allow you to save towards the future that little bit faster. It could be as simple as your logo on huddies and shirts, or the humorous dairy farm aspect I mentioned, or both. Yes, it would take some time in your already busy day, but its worth thinking about. Regardless, you are a joy to watch, as it brings back my very young days on a 121 head dairy farm of mostly Gurenseys, and some Ayrshires and Jerseys.
First thing you need to do is find a nice Ford 7710 or 8210/TW5 tractor instead of those kubota tractors. They are hard to find because no one wants to sell them, virtually trouble free, you can fix everything yourself and very dependable. Brent is lucky to have you around, i hope you yourself a real good life partner either that they work hand in hand or have a high paying job so you can hire a good worker to help out. Im 60 years old and still learning so it never ends.
Hello again, Taylor! This was a nice introduction to you. You were very focused on getting your daily farm work accomplished during your first video, so all is forgiven. 😊 👩🌾 🐄 🚜 Have an awesome Sunday, Tay! BTW, how’s your barn sign progressing? 🏍🇺🇸🎒
Thanks for the video. Helps us get to know you guys. I’m just so impressed with your farming knowledge. Looking forward to future videos. Have a good week.
That is so cool your grandfather many generations back started the farm you work on. Keep an eye on Hurricane Lee you guys might be impacted the end of the week. God bless you. It is enjoyable watching your videos.
Awesome video. Sounds like you are very blessed and have a great opportunity to do what you love for the rest of your life. Really enjoy your videos. You have a great boss also. Maine looks beautiful too Keep making videos 😁
"Somewhere along the way I just fell in love with it" LOL. That's what happens and then you're hooked. But you can do it. Time is on your side. But a small farm in this modern age has to have a way to beat the system - find a way to build a farm to table market.
Taylor your a great wee girl im sure your the right person to take over the farm one day ,but your right learn all you can now it will serve you well in the future
That was very interesting! It was nice to learn a little more about you! It was really interesting to learn the farm was established by your ancestors! Very cool that you are trying to own it. It certainly affects your work ethic, eh? You want to make sure what you do is right and productive! Best of luck to you on your endeavor!! 🤠👍🐄🚜🚚
That was interesting. You are a lovely young lady. With a great attitude. I’m a retired farmer so I enjoy your videos when I can. I would of loved to have one of my sons to meet someone like you.
Hey Tay. Thanks for a re-interduction. But you have always did a wonderful job with your videos. You are a great Farmer. No one out there know all there is too know. Each day brings new challenges and you handle them head on... I'll better end this now.. ill be all day saying your a great farmer.. please keep the videos coming and Brent is blessed to have a employee like you..
Beautifu and awesome introduction to and of you're self Taylor very well done. We really enjoy and love your videos here in Ireland. Please say hello to Brent for us here in Ireland and please keep them fabulous videos coming. Kind regards as always pat Brazil.
Dairy farming is a lifestyle not a job (DAMHIKT) and you seem to have a good handle on that. Good luck with your plans. As a former dairy farmer I think you have everything it takes..
Hi Taylor, I’m fairly new to your channel. I like what you’re doing. We used to milk cows in Connecticut but thirty years ago picked up our cows and kids and moved way west so we could grow our business. I can see you both work really hard and take good care of your animals. I hope as you work that you take the opportunity to read, go to educational meetings and work to increase productivity and make life better for both of you. To make money in the dairy business you have to either cut costs or increase productivity and efficiency. It looks like you guys have done a wonderful job keeping costs low. I suspect you even use the knots from the knot holes in the lumber you use.😆. I am not poking fun, you guys are in tune with what’s going on. I do wish you would pick a little less on what you call “factory farms “. We probably fit that category. We are always doing what I described above trying to make a better life for our family, employees, cows and our environment around us. Someone once asked me how many cows you need to have to not work anymore. Apparently not enough yet because I still work 80 hours a week. I was hoping when I got to be 60 I could back off to 60 hours a week. Now I’m hoping when I get to be 70 that maybe I can cut back to 70 hours.😊. There is a place for all types of operations, organic, conventional, non-GMO , a2 , large, small and I’m sure other types that I have not thought of. One of the cool things about the cow business is there is always opportunity to improve and change as time goes on. We never get bored…..tired , yes but not bored. Keep up the interesting videos. As you grow your audience that certainly is a good way to diversify and add to your income. Very smart. Thank you for sharing with us.
Love video, you should start up a fund me page so in the future you can buy that farm in which was in the family 100 years ago, roughly anyway hope you buy the farm in the future,as your good with cows and there needs of happiness.
you are an amazing person Brent is lucky to have such a dedicated employee if i were a younger man I would definetly be looking for a woman as beautiful and talented as you are wish you the best in life and hope your dreams come true
