Intro to Semantic Kernel - Call python function from C# 

Before starting to explore how you can interact with a LLM with Semantic Kernel and C# code it is interesting to view how you can invoke a python script directly from C#.
This is needed because often you have very simple python code to interact with some model (ex: use OpenAI whisper to extract transcript from audio file) that is difficult to translate in C#.
Being able to call python function from C# is the starting point to use Semantic Kernel without any problem.
