When toxic thoughts begin to take over my world, I send them, like a mist, to Raphael (an angel, higher dimensional being). I literally picture this in my minds eye, going from the top of my head to Raphael. He takes this negative energy and converts it to a more positive version.

Anger most certainly is a real emotion,a real human primal emotion ,very necessary in asserting boundaries when needed.Often, there is so much confusion around anger in these spiritual communities ,like it's the plague or something.Anger is innocent.

Anger happens or we are in acceptance. When we are angry we are experiencing an attachment and natural healthy people feel all their feelings and communicate the anger and express the resentment - I resent you! You go through the anger and it's not that personal it's just attachment but it is in me.

Yes, Average Jane! This point was a profound light in my journey...a psychic fishing reel. How about changing your name from "Average" to 'enlightened Jane.' I'd been using "Release, release, release" when calling back the thoughts that are less of who I AM, but the fishing reel completely sent a shift into my being.

I have started using the psychic fishing rod as soon as I realize I've been thinking toxic thoughts, then I had to send a fleet of trawlers out to cast the nets deep and wide to capture all my past negative thoughts, they've now been transmuted into love and light. Love to everyone.

Wow!!! Why was I never taught this!? I will start today how EASY & BEAUTIFUL I literally cried!!!!! I felt as though I was dancing with moccasins & bells on my feet stomping as I danced very hard, I was dressed as a ceremonial bird with feathers on my arms & back in a golden field all alone as a bird it was SO BEAUTIFUL & VERY HEALING FOR ME! Most of the indigenous cultures these concepts came from ate meat. The web of life means we are truly equal to what we eat, and the way we live reflects this, as we humbly accept our own mortality and vulnerability. If you learn more about plants from a shamanic perspective, you’ll discover they are fighting for their lives as well, and experience suffering and imbalance at the hands of humans just as animals do when we consume anything unconsciously. In a shamanic world view, everything is sentient and everything is equal.

What a wonderful talk! This is so basic and so important! When we did the journey, I didn't really know what spirit friend to ask, so I just asked the Holy Spirit who told me that I only needed to be willing to give it up and He would do the work. Somehow this felt vague to me and then I spied the figure of a bear on the stage. I've never identified much with bears but only this morning images of bears had come to me so I grabbed the bear mentally. He gave me the strength of will to know that I can do this. I'd been feeling inadequate to really accomplish the task but Bear gave me the strength to do it. Thanks Bear and thanks Sandra!

This is a wonderful guide and talk. I love the part about inspiring words, quotes, use a note under a candle in the center of a crystal grid. I attempted 3times to put the APP Transmutation on my iPhone but a statement came up each time stating the owner needed to updated the APP. I hope you can do that…I feel it would be of great value, a reminder every 2 hours…what am I thinking at this time! Your work is a blessing!

Correction: We ARE NOT pollution... But we can choose to create/make pollution... It is not nor ever going to be a healthy or constructive things for us to Identify ourselves with our choices or the toxic things we choose or not to choose to create... We may have a habit, we may make choices to create the negative or toxic things... But that isn't essentially what or who we are... We have to not identify with those things to get back to a better place to our true loving peaceful n blissful selves which is our true n original essential nature... Because as you believe so shall you become... So believing we ARE the pollution n toxicity is not healthy or helpful... Though we do need to know we are essentially goodness n that our habits n choices n tendencies are what need to change or may or may not be unhealthy or toxic... Cause you can not change what you truly ARE, its our true nature... But you can change habits n tendencies, beliefs thoughts n the like...

With TF dynamics the reason they meet again is at certain times in our lives we completely get lost in the matrix of society and loose our light our essence. Usually they are caught up in karmic situations or unconscious patterns taught generationally which are not healthy in the long run. During this time one of the twins is stronger and can reflect the light back reminding them of who they are. That said together or apart telepathic communication is present even before they meet. The unhealed needs to then grow from page to knight to king to emperor. At which stage the Queen or Empress may need to do another phase of healing. And it will be his turn to reflect the light within back to her so she does not loose her way. The TF dynamic is to shake up relationships conventions out of the turmoil to unearth and bring forth new healthier dynamics specially in our families or immediate communities. You have a gift Kate even if you may wish to call in fictional. The act of sharing the gift is at the heart the key. ❤😊

The saying "Spiritual world is in fact a web. It is affected by hatred, love and by the light of remembrance of God", cannot be truer. Koran always encourages the believers to forgive, or submit the reaction to the creator so he can reward the believer for patience and if he wants to punish the aggressor he can, or delay all of that to the judgement period. Struggling with transforming negative thoughts. We are joy and anger we are love and hate so how can we ever transform them? They will still arise. They are us. Why would we transform them and control them? Everything happens for reasons we do not know and thats always the first thing we should remember. All we can do is honor who and what we are and live our truth. We are human, im not making bombs or cigarettes ,i am not toxic waste. Our thoughts are not the cause for the world's problems. Problems will always exist they are crucial for lessons! That's what this human walk is all about. ☯️💖☯️ That said I do believe yoga and connection should absolutely be taught as young as possible and in schools to value art and expression and yoga connection as much or more as math and history studies.
