YES ANYBODY CAN clear upsc in first attempt who has reservation dr shivin chaudhary rank 297 nor ips,ifs or ias divya tanwar belongs from poor family she improved her rank from 400 to 105 still did not got ias

​@@Manhafuturetumhara first attempt kaisa gaya? Mat khena tune diya he nahi... Criticise karna aasan hai Kabhi socha North East k log kahan se belong karte hai.. Aur kab education system aya northeast pe, population ratio dheke toh bhi bohot differences hai..

@@Manhafutureyou can crack it in first attempt too if you dedicate yourself more to your preparation and not on someone’s reservation. Also. Dr. Mayur hazarika sir got it in his first attempt. AIR Rank 5
