unfortunately cannot scale the size of the plugin beyond 100 percent. keeps saying cannot scale beyond display scale...the plugin window is too small on my high res monitor
@@ucheattoh what’s your current resolution? It will not scale if the final size of the desired percentage goes above the width/height for your current resolution
Very helpful. After a couple weeks using the release version, and seeing what people are doing with it, I'm really getting the feel of this app and I hop into it a lot. The interface, the quality of the sounds and effects and quick workflow make for a great experience. Sometimes I just want to create something quickly without a lot of messing about and this app fits the bill.
Ok, I have to admit that I missed the Livestream and I promise to watch the video of the Livestream, but beside the fact that it's really a good tool, I like to ask some things for the iOS Version of BAM, which I purchased. 1. Midi clock for external gear. For example, I can't use my SP404Mk2 in sync with BAM. Why? 2. Possibility of using Midi Auv3's inside of BAM with the possibility to record the midi notes from e.g. a arpeggiator under the iOS version? 3.Audio recording into the Sampler via USB connected Gear like, as I said before, my example is the SP404Mk2? As said before it's a good tool, with some things that maybe could be updated easily to be a perfect tool. But at this stage of development it's almost not usable for me in connection with my SP.
1. We support midi clock out. The option is simply not exposed. Something to fix on the next update. 2. MIDI FX is an highly requested feature and we will implement it as soon possible. 3. Recording is possible using the built in recorder. But you will have a sample that needs to be loaded to the pool in order to use it inside the sampler.
@@ImaginandoPt OK this means Midi clock will be fixed in an update. The answer with the recording thing is something I simply don't understand. Is it possible to record patterns out of an SP404mk2 which also functioning as a Audio-Interface into the recorder or do I have to export the pattern as audio file? I couldn't figure out how to record directly...if it has to be exported it makes no sense for the workflow. Anyway, a fix on the Midi clock thing would be the first thing which would make sense.
@@nuuality What he is saying is when you use recorder in BAM it’s saves the sample/audio file in the Pool folder in the browser for the project. You have to add the sample from the pool to the sampler engine. Hope this helps.
Hey congrats to the launch! I could not get the BAM / Bitwig integration neither with VST2 and VST3, how can I get multi-channel mapping, start/stop and scene/cue mapping working?
why is not possible to import samples directly into the clip launcher... even drambo has this missin feature.. please implement it, it would be a game changer
Hi there, implementing more options for audio loops/playback is something that we want to achieve too! We're looking to changing the game for sure - one move at a time ;)
In this version you render to multitrack in ableton - but how can we do that in iOS? We could only do that in AUM I suppose. It’s a shame it can’t render to files or even export Ableton project
Hi. You can render the whole song to file, you just need to setup follow actions on the scenes. You can also export single track scenes to audio, or export the midi of each track. This all happens in the export panel, on the right side of the bottom bar, the transport bar. Ableton Live export of the clips will be possible soon. It is already implemented under the hood, we just need to test it and deploy it. On iOS, the AUv3 version also supports multi out. It just needs to be loaded to a host that supports it. AUM does it. Best
This looks really cool, but using the demo it seems like I can’t record midi FX into the sequencer, which is a huge deal breaker for me, anyone know if this is possible?
Cheers. I like this better than Drambo. Step sequencing is such a joy and with Midi FX it takes care of things like chords. The inbuilt sampler is a lifesaver as well for someone like me using an Ipad Mini and running into crashing with certain AUV synths.
