Best Ball means you don't set a lineup. Whatever your highest scoring combination of roster players is, will be who gets counted.

@@danblaser2017 Yup, that's the kicker. Can't set it up online for some strange reason but can on the app. Do you know if you can also only draft on the app? I'd rather draft on a computer.

Foe those stuck on this. Just imagine the players in a que..then whatever player scores the highest for the week..that player is grabbed from the que and put in to your line up.

We can still make adjustments to the roster, correct? Assuming it sets your lineup prior to Thursday night football based off best projections? Anytime between Thursday and prior to MNF we can make any adjustments we want? Thanks!

You don't make any adjustments. It automatically fills your roster spots with the highest scores from your lineup and bench

The answer to your question is yes. In the settings you can allow Free Agent adds and Trades.

You can set it to allow FA/waiver adds as well as trades, or you can disable them both.

Depends on the settings you choose. Generally no, but in my league on Sleeper its yes. I would not play in a league where I can't make transactions in season.

This video makes me wonder if sleeper understands bestball. Bestball will give you your best possible lineup every week regardless of who was 'started' (meaning a surprise 50 burger by a random WR5 makes your lineup regardless of you having other 'stud' receivers that were the obvious 'starts' prior to the games actually being played). This video makes it seem like it just auto sets your lineup ahead of time based on the changing player projections over the course of the season. Please tell me it's just the video and this is not actually how sleepers version of 'bestball' works.

@@alexmoore9716 league settings -> general -> roster -> add/subtract from any position you want. To increase the roster size just add bench spots

What happens if you are over your roster limit? Will Sleeper still move your best players to your starting line-up at the end of the week?

You should never be over your roster limit because there are no IR spots. I’m the commission in a best ball league with waivers and trades and I added a couple roster spots prior to the draft to make up for no IR spots. It’s a much better situation because on yahoo people were taking advantage of it and it was causing all kinds of problems.
