Amazing! Had been using it since its earlier creation by Ulead.... Get's better on every update. One request thou and this is for Motion Studio 3D. Please do not abandon that software, it needs to be updated to meet todays most demanding tech specs, for example allowing us old school users still using the software to animate now in 4k, then do our renderings "overlay rendering in 4k".... That would be Huge. And.... If the Blend modes that VideoStudio has were added as material properties for 3d animation it will enable it to compete against todays top 3d editing software's. Just saying, one can only dream right? VideoStudio along with Motion Studio 3D a bomb.

@@beckinbinderin Okay, I'm currently using the 2021 version, but you got me confused here. What do you mean the SURROUND SOUND 5.1 feature doesn't work anymore or was taken away? I'm literally looking at it right now, I could show u a screen capture of it as I mess with-it. The Surround 5.1 audio feature is still there.... Look: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IsgmNgVo5Q0.html Perhaps, the one thing you didn't know is that in order to enable it (to see it and use on the sound-mixer) you need to get into your video template settings and select what type of audio you want for your template. Once you choose that feature it will automatically change to "SURROUND" on the mixer. Lastly to help you on the crashing side of it, please make sure all of your drives are up to date, download the codecs for audio and video needed and you'll never see the crashing thing being an issue.

@@carreteFILMSPro I was quoting second hand info and might not have been fully accurate on what has been removed. For that, I apologise. I love the software and have created so many projects but I'd just love it not to crash. :)

@@beckinbinderin I read lots of bad reviews not only bout VideoStudio but FCP, RESOLVE, etc..., My point is I do not go by the bad reviews peeps post online or on Amazon for example. I like to try things by my own hand and see what's up. Again the crashing part of it has nothing to do with the editing application, its more bout video cards, video-audio codecs and PC performance. I bough a PC especially built to edit 4k, 6k. Then downloaded a full pack of most recent video and audio codecs and trust me, no crashes, no nothing. So yeah, its not the software! Now if you're trying to make the next AVANGERS movie on VideoStudio.... Uhmmm yeah, good luck with that. The software was created to help these individuals like you and me learn all the basics or editing to a PRO LEVEL. Also, even-thou the software was not created to be used for the MARVEL-MOVIES, is packed with way more than the essential tools anyone starting videography could ever imagine, yet some of us still complaint bout the few bucks spent on this. So yeah, just saying.... VideoStudio is not for everyone, but do not go along with the bad reviews if you haven't experience it yourself.

Please tell me you put back in the video edit preview feature you took out of VS2021. That was one of my most used features and 2021 was an utter pain to use after.

I really hope you fixed the random crashing or if you drag too many videos to the timeline it crashes. Or when I hit the undo button more than once it mixes up the videos. Also, the volume fade in & out features you can only fade it in & out so much. Lastly, also a glitch effect with text.

Hey guys you need to release 2023 before Christmas and not in the New Year when people have no money. Also it would be a good idea to confront existing technical issues since you dont appear to do interim updates between releases.

Can I knw how to make a 3 hour loop with one vedio with this edito. I had really hard time inserting the same vedio until it reached 3 hour length

Create the loop, then copy and paste it over the time line many times required to reach that 3 hours desired. Simple.

@@micraphcreations2112 You mean rendering the whole project? Keep in mind that that's 3 hours of video. Also the quality plays a big role. Is it 4k, or hd? What kind of processor do you have installed on your PC. Enable the rendering process to use the strongest from INTEL, NVIDIA, CUDA or AMD. All of these things play a big role on how fast the system process all the information.

@@djjysper2542 Everything you see on my channel was edited on VS. You can animate any 2D/3D logos, for instance if you already have a 2D logo you can use a backdrop along with especial Overlays/Particles FX or revealers or swipes, sound FX to make it pop. Same goes for 3D. It's pretty much up to your creativity! Are you familiar with the software?... Will it actually work this 'year'? Will it still have silent crashes? Will it still crash if you don't enter the correct number in an options box? Will it still have an error/notification when you drag a video from the main timeline, to an overlay? So many more questions... . Also, it now supports 11th gen Intel cpus. Oh. I built myself a 12th gen rig.

we like corel video studio editing more but corel videostudio needs more and more extra feaures ,,, background rendering while other porject editing , title width , height change manually , rendering quality 2.5mbps-10mbps there is no in between video quality like 5mbps , auto detect shaking frames to remove distapensing shaking frames

Corel Video Studio 2022 is not so good. The editing is very slow and the final product gives lipsinc problems. Corel Video Studio X9 and 2021 were excellent.

Initially, I wanted an improved version of this where you don't have to be online to use it. When online, you can add effects that are ONLY usable for render or viewing - WHEN ONLINE. Time and again I've experienced "Frame ## unreadable" toward the end of a long rendering process. No educated explanation of why this happens or how to alleviate it. Hours have been spent inserting small transitions, clips and overlays, only to find it won't render. Hours spent checking clips, transitions and overlays for errors. I can't see purchasing anything COREL or its other brand name products again.

I have purchased 4 different versions of VideoStudio over the years, and they all one thing in common. They are junk. I'm not wasting any more money on their junk.

You can use anything you create on painter pro in the video editing app.... Like what exactly do you want to create on Painter pro to later on use on VS? Logos, lower thirds, tittles etc.....? You can use any layers you create for these things on painter with VS overlay tracks and the blending modes.

One more thing: I'll buy 2022. This WILL be the last version I buy if the damn thing crashes. Instead, by the time 2023 arrives, I'll buy the full version of DaVinci Resolve. yeah, it's expensive, but so is time and energy that's lost to crashes and having to save every other change.

I guess VideoStudio is not for everyone, I def feel your frustration, (I've seen myself there with other editing applications) there's no perfect editing application and such, for example let me share my lil experience with resolve. If you click on any videos on my channel you'll see lots of effects, 3d animation and such; yes in order to recreate that I had to enable lots of Overlay tracks over my timeline etc. I own a Black magic cam the 6K Pro, the software was given to me for free! Well, it comes with the cam. Nice I guess. Thou going back to the opening of my silly videos, I went step by step with my layout for that opening on resolve and couldn't make it work, it literally crashed on and off and over and over. It couldn't handle it. IM NOT SAYING THE SOFTWARE IS BAD... It just didn't work for me and the silly things I do or what I was trying to accomplish. VideoStudio handles all the stress I put on it with up to 25 Overlay tracks with heavy 4k animations and it does it just fine. Not trying to convince you of anything, I'm just sharing my experience using both editing applications. Whatever works best for you man!!!

@@carreteFILMSPro Good information for me. I've tried Resolve on two occasions, previously. It seemed quite good but possibly far more than 'I' would need. I suppose my 'threats' are trying to wake Corel from some odd sleep. If they did NOTHING other than release CVS 2023 with 'fixes', I'd buy it straight away.

@@beckinbinderin This is how I look at it, for us you and me and anybody on here commenting: Leaving our bad or good reviews on here does nothing, Corel created forums for users to go there and express how we feel bout the software and such. I honestly do not think anybody reads what we post on here. Thou if we videographers wanted Corel to take the next step and turn the application into the next top HOLYWOOD movie makers applications, it would take a lot and a HUGE among of people demanding it. I'm not gonna lie, I wish it had 3D CAMERA tracker and sooooooooo many features, but that's me here just dreaming hahahhaa. See what I mean, me dreaming bout it does nothing till we all get together and demand it even if it goes higher on his cost.

@@carreteFILMSPro scusate ho la versione 2021 e continua a crasciare, la 2022 è piu stabile? ho provato da vinci resolve ma non mi trovo bene uso corel da una vita e so come spremerlo ma a volte crascia 20 volte in due ore ....La 2022 è piu stabile?avevo la versione 8 e andava benissimo

@@antoniodebari9928 Ok, questa è la mia esperienza con il software: gestisco molte animazioni 3D su più tracce sovrapposte più clip video con risoluzione video 4K. Questa versione del software è leggera, più reattiva e include il codec Prores per renderlo ancora più soffocante; c'è anche un nuovo scrubber aggiunto sulla timeline per aiutarti a navigare senza bloccarti, ecc. . È troppo pesante, è troppo, può gestirlo ma ad un certo punto andrà in crash. La cosa divertente è che ho provato a ricreare questa apertura di RU-vid per i miei video su Resolve e si è bloccata più e più volte mentre VS andava bene. Tieni presente che la tua scheda video, così come il tuo processore e la memoria svolgono un ruolo importante sul comportamento dell'applicazione di modifica. Quindi, mantieni queste cose aggiornate e andrà tutto bene a meno che tu non stia cercando di modificare il prossimo film di Avengers qui, quindi direi di provare qualcos'altro :)

Bonjour a tous, je viens de passer de Ultilame 2020 à Ultimate de 2022, malheureusement je ne trouve plus BBC Title Studio 🤔🤔 Es-ce que cela a était supprimé dans cette nouvelle version. Je trouve cela dommage au prix des mises à jour de pas pouvoir garder les fonctionnalités 😤😤

Yes it has been removed, use similar tittle editor NewBlue tittle pro 5, better yet keep both editing versions on your system that way you can use Boris and NewBlue tittle pro.

Usually crash if not handling the right video formats, or when you click on the time-line like most of us are used to on other video editing apps, in video studio you just drag the orange scrubber aback and forth. The clicking creates a glitch, avoid it. Finally set-up your project settings to the desire video settings and enable proxy for lighter videos with higher resolution on time ine.

Review: I am looking for more places to leave negative reviews, please share locations where I can do that. The program maybe okay and all that, but they will infect your PC with their advertizing. I have tried to stop it but they make it impossible. It should be against the law for you to have to surrender your PC after you paid good money for this product. Run, don't walk away from this product. Annoying as heck!
