How about that!!! This would have been a great opportunity to do that. They know people are using their material on inkjets. And the home biz and/or “crafter” is their main market. Cmon siser! Make printable vinyl material for inkjets, have pre cut sheets and let’s go!!!
ColorPrint Easy is a fantastic product....if you arent used to our DirectToVinyl™ product then ColorPrint Easy is great beginner product.... S-Print is more of a thinner option, you can apply at a low heat application, and its water based.
Are you guys planning on releasing something that could be used the same way with Ecotank printers? I use print and cut transfers all the time, but 8.5x11 is very limiting.
I just ordered this as I have had serious issues with Briteline's HTV G-Flex sticking to the backing and not to the transfer/mask tape (like, it seems like it's glued to the back). I got my S-Print vinyl today...and the SAME THING. It is super hard to weed and won't stick to the Siser TTD Easy Mask. It says it's compatible with my HP Latex 115...so what gives?
Nearly identical to Hi-5 print and cut which is hard enough to get. What is the benefit of this material? 15 seconds will certainly leave marks on polyester, when Hi-5 only requires a 5 second press at 250 deg F. And try threading the shirt on the platen. Marks on the back are not acceptable Joe. Maybe you could justify the additional $35 cost for this material over Hi-5 at the same size roll.
This is an eco-solvent or solvent ink compatible media. This won't accept water-based inks, like would be found in an Officejet or Epson pigment or dye-based ink. The main benefit is very low temperature application.
