@@Nicks-Picks I have one lock where I just insert the tool, hitting the sweet spot, and it works like a key. In this case, very light tension is required. In some cases the tensioner's mass alone is sufficient to turn the plug as I twitch the tool between my fingers. Very light on/off tension works too.
