Introducing the highlights of Uji's landmarks, Byodo-in Phoenix Hall and Manpuku-ji Temple (5th day) 

We will introduce the highlights of the Phoenix Hall of Byodo-in Temple, which is known as a World Heritage Site, and the culture and history of Manpuku-ji Temple, the head temple of the Obaku sect of Buddhism. Byodo-in Temple is characterized by its construction that is conscious of the Western Pure Land, and Manpuku-ji Temple is characterized by its unique Ming Dynasty style wooden architecture.
