how can i change the temperature from fahrenheit to celsius in this oven?

To switch between F/C, select any Smart Program, then touch and hold the temperature field for 3 seconds. The temperature scale changes to display in Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F). Happy Cooking!

Absolutely! Just remember that this oven uses circulated air just like a convection oven, therefore cooking temperatures and times will need to be adjusted slightly.
