This is a wonderful asset pack. Just one thing regarding the demonstration: there need be nuts on the opposite side of the plate from the bolt, or else they're just going to fall off.

Hmm good question! For me I get the most ideas if I go like a week without music, and then listen to all my favorite playlists in one evening. Doing that, the inspiration can really hit hard sometimes, especially in the evening. It can almost be an overwhelming experience! It can also help to watch movies that has made a visual impact, and then stop watching right when it's at the most inspiring - and open blender and create something!

@@Polyfjord you put the nut on the bolt and placed it in the hole. it would just fall out because the nut should be on the other side of what ever you are bolting together to hold the bolt in place. the same does still apply when the bolt is decorative

I'm having trouble...The free version only has like 4 objects (most of your audience will probably not pay for the priced version). Another issue I'm having is that when I duplicate an object and try to rotate it, it rotates both objects. How do I fix this problem.😅

I wish I knew what kind of psychotropic medication Polyfjord is on. I would have gotten on some of it when I was a founding member of Corel. Nice to see the man's work, it's unsurpassed with his creativity and knowledge of the Blender's software package. Amazing is far too light a description for Polyfjord's use of Blender. If there were an award for how well he creates his animations, tutorials, concepts and objects, the academy would be out for a very short period of time counting his votes.

How would you suggest simulating gears that you really want to print and make into a moving sculpture? Using armiture animation seems like it could do the trick but it is not a simulation, but an animation. If I want the whole sculpture of gears to be powered by one motor at the bottom, do I use rigid body (seems problematic) or just object constraints to make one thing affect another then another? What would you do?
