Great dam products but your biggest flaw with your guy's products are the white aesthetics, primley LK 900E Mille. I have complained several times to you people by now you still have not revised the machine nor give us the option to select diffrent colors. The machine ittself looks nothing like brand new no matter how many times I have cleaned it.
You guys don’t understand the excitement that I have. I am a small time mobile detailer out in Los Angeles and I’m trying to grow as much as I can and the fact that there is a new tool out there that I could bring to my clients to just assist me in making my service better for them, I can’t wait for this. Thank you Rupes I’ll see you soon. I’m saving up for that training in Colorado
@@theunkownmr.562 yeah there are a lot of us detailers here in LA. That’s why price is so competitive but if you’re a consumer and you are the one that takes value over pricing then you’re able to weed out the bad experiences. It’s hard to get your name out with so many people but when you do things, rightthe right clients come thanks for asking
Thanks to Rupes, especially Rupes from the USA, which is the best and my favorites, you always answer my questions, you always tag my stories, your attention is greatly appreciated, I am from Argentina, I am an official point of sale of rupes in my country! I was on vacation in the US and I was not able to visit the Rupes factory in the US. I will soon travel to the US again and I would like to visit it if possible? It really fills me with pride to be part of rupes from my humble place in Argentina ♥️🇦🇷🇺🇸
Shoot us an email before your visit and we will see if anybody would be available to give you a small tour. Thanks for being a part of the RUPES family!!!
I went to your school for training in Colorado. It was very informative. The instructor was very knowledgeable. The only problem I have with this course, is too many students and not enough instructors to give us hands-on education. Most definitely will not recommend this course to anyone unless they start doing more hands-on training with the students that are trying to get better at polishing/paint correction
Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear about your experience with one of our BigFoot Academy training events. Will pass this along to the instructors.
I really enjoyed the history and to use Rupes products working everyday in America. Now ive got my first cordless Rupes tool with the 18 volt 3 inch polisher
Thank you Rupes! I've been patiently waiting for 2 years for ya'll to come out with a battery powered 15 & 21mm DA. I've got 11 Rupes machines and double of 3 of those machines just for back ups and specially for use as 1 for cutting and other for polishing. Recently got the battery powered 3" DA and like I mentioned, been waiting patiently for a long throw 15 or 21. Since I have everyone except the 21mm DA, I think you can easily guess with battery powered DA I will be purchasing here shortly. THANK YOU RUPES!!!!! VERY EXCITED!!
The milwaukee m18 PRO units are EXTREMELY good and i feel their battery tech is just better with shorter charge times. HOWEVER...... the machine does feel abit cumbersome at times, so if rupes get the balance right, get the weight down and the batteries perform, and most importantly improve buildquaity then this could be a winner. We've spent thousands on rupes machines and sadly the reliability of them hasn't been great, with machines barely lasting 2-3 years before the internals are scrap. We REALLY look after our machines and they do get every day use so are working hard, upon opening one of the machines up the build quality left ALOT to be desired so, i hope this machine is a generally higher quality item. I will see how long the m18 pro lasts and give this time to be refined before i part with my hard earned cash. Nice to see some new hear coming out however.
I love Rupes, love the bigfoots.. my mark3 recent crapped out me recently, I couldn't fix it in time and needed a replace immeaditatly and couldn't afford another at the moment. I was forced to hit Harbor Freight for a quick fix. I was borrowing a Chemical Guys buffer(which I don't recommend AT ALL EVERRRR) it was trashed and I had to go buy 1. so I bought a Brauer DA. there was 5inch Backing plate with the CG buffer, originally I was going to swap my rules 5 inch BP on the Brauer. however I didn't have the proper Allen wrench on hand, long story short, I used the GC plastic SUPER thin plate extra light weight with the Brauer. and to my surprise.. I pleasantly liked it over my mark 3, and Im a heavy AGGRESSIVE cutter, so some things normally leave micro marring. The Brauer with the CG 5 inch Plastic super thin backing plate for 90$ definitely a Silent lesser price beast! and leaves LITTLE to NO marring, makes my final passes fast and easy (WITh the Rupes Yellow + ultra Fine Finisher) saying all that to say I believe this New machine will run better and more accurate with the THIN backing plate. I'm not sure I'm gonna dish out 700$ when this 90$ set up is killing the work and making it happen faster.. but I will most definitely find out after one of my buddies gets his in and I try it myself... could be won over.. STILL LOVE RUPES LINE. :)
Rupes I have five machines and can't wait to order the 15 when it comes available, but a question for you, will the Mille also be battery operated? It is my workhorse.
Great presentation and product release . Can’t wait to purchase one of these , definitely was waiting for Rupes to come out with the 15 and 21 battery operated.
How much pressure does it take to trigger the overload safety feature? I thought the light just blinks, but in another video, Todd triggered the overload safety feature on purpose, and the machine actually automatically shut off.
you finally take it out. I use milwaukee and they are very good and they have a god battery quality because they works all tools with battery. You probably do a super balance im sure of it but anyway i dont see why i have to spend money on this when i just have the same machine with anather name. If my break down i will try but i got no one problem so like we say in italy “never change a horse that wins” good job anyway the first impression is good
@RUPES okay, I wasn't sure thats why I asked. None the less I am excited that you guys produced a new unit from the ground up. I'm glad to see that you installed a brushless motor, revised the backing plate, and used new lighter materials. Very impressive! I would use this with the power cord all day. At under 5lbs and minimal vibration. I could run this polisher all day. This is a big part of where you would make more money. The fact that there is very little vibration, lighter weight. This makes it easier on your bones, joints, and muscle. Making it a joy to keep working on customers' cars. $$$$$$ Thanks!
I went there to Rupes USA Denver Co a couple of days ago,I’m from Florida but because I’m a truck driver I’m all over the states and I’m also a DY detailer and happened to have a brand new Rupes big foot mark III and wanted to buy some stuff but for some reason I thought you had a place in the production plant to sell but I was surprised you did no.
🤩🤩🤩....yeeeeeaaahhhhh! I Knew it! I knew that when will Rupes believes that they are ready to launch a new cordless line of tools the resault will be mind and heart melting❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
@@RUPES thank you soooo much for all the passion inspiration and innovation 👏🤟 This year till now...my lovely LHR 21 Mark III...nailed almost 1.000 hours🤩...and never ever got me tired! I won't be able to sleep at nights till i get the HLR 21/15 in my Detailing dream garage👏🤩🔥💯
Do you have in depth data regarding battery run time and charge time? The video mentioned dual charged and wirh 2 batteries you never run out. But I'm concerned, as most detailers and businesses do a little fiddling of what's actually real, that it takes longer then 40 minutes to charge.
Thanks for your comment! The battery is rated for a continuous runtime of 40 minutes, meaning holding down the trigger without interruption. In typical detailing tasks, you'll find it lasts much longer, allowing seamless transitions between two batteries. While the advertised charge time is 55 minutes, our testing at the BigFoot Academy showed a dead battery reaching 75% charge in just 22 minutes. Hope this information is helpful, and thank you for your support!
Looks like the batteries are using 18650 cells instead of 21700 cells? If so can you elaborate on why that decision was made? The entire battery tool industry is moving (or has moved) to 21700 cells.
I'm very happy with my LHR15 Mark 2, but damn these new battery powered beasts look stunning. Lighter and more flexibility and more pinch. I want one. Do you?
@@RUPES Hi, thank you so much for the reply, however none of the South African Distributors have stock of the HLR15 iBrid... Please can somebody assist so I can order to South Africa...
The battery is only compatible with RUPES BigFoot iBrid polishers. The tools were actually designed around it. Once you put the battery on, it's balanced.
We are still on track to meet our goal of delivering to distributors here in early 2024 and we are excited that you will soon have the new polisher in your hands!
