I worked in Post Production for many years and will take out a sub to Eleven Labs to start creating audiobooks. They use very clever algorithms and are the closest to "real voices" that I have heard.
Aparently, this was based on a show-off that Paul and George did at parties, in turn based on the Bach cello pieces that also were used by Steve Hackett for 'Horizons' by Genesis...
How to make the voice whisper? Each time it generates a different result, do I have to spend all my credit until finally the voice comes as I want? why isn't there a command that works 100% for this?
Where is there info how to use AI to use your own voice where 11 Labs uses the recordings in AI to create new voiceovers---theoretically you can use a recording of a deceased actor to create voice-overs. Appreciate more info on this and where do you pay for an AI account---its not on the website.
Can you please stop counting every generate, for example, I use the same sentence, have nothing changed, just adjusting the voice setting, and whenever I want to see how it will sound, you count it as a new generate and total quota remaining drops...
thanks to these guys and other such peddlers of identity fraud made easy services, I can't even speak to answer the phone anymore when I get a call from a new number(assuming it's local and seems legit, possibly spoofed but sometimes I take the call), because if I do, I take the very real risk of my voice being cloned and used for all sorts of misdeeds
30.000 characters for the basic plan, it's like a joke. It's not enough even to short youtube videos. I have spended my 30.000 character just testing each pre made voice no logged in the platform, without even create an account. And i not even could complete/test all of the voices. It's a good platform, and have high quality voices, but it's a service for hollywood professionals, that can pay thousand of dollars for ten minutes videos. It's not for youtube people.
