Love your webinars! Find them so helpful! Would you be able to do webinars on other approaches? Such as Psychodynamic, Systemic etc, and also EMDR would be great! Thank you so much :)

Hi, this is a really good intro to CBT thank you for this. Do you have any recommendations for textbooks on CBT in general and perhaps also CBT specific to psychosis, schizophrenia and/or personality disorders?

Thanks so much! The textbook I mention at the end is a godsend! It was a core text on my MSc - "An Introduction to Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: Skills and Applications (2nd Ed)" by Westbrook, Kennerley and Kirk Hope that helps!
