Im doing hft exercise from from 6+ month but i dont feel glute when i play football but i feel glute when i do hft i dont know i became facial driven or not please reply 😢😢😢
Keep at it and know that you're more protected from injury so you now have the opportunity to play and practice harder. Might be why you not feeling it in the glutes, you might not be pushing your self enough when you play.
