My favourite GEM is also the Featherweight. Agree on everything you said. I have one honourable mention in the GEM razor family, and that is the GEM Damaskeene. Been using one for some time now, and it's a great shaver. You just have to respect the required shave angle, and it is great. You try to scrape with it, and it will remind you very fast that you're doing it wrong 😊 I'm waiting for a little shipment from the US. There should be a GEM Junior baton handle , a 1912 and a Featherweight (for a friend) in there. Eager to try the baton handle one. I have a 3D printed one for a year or so, and I love the ergonomics of it. Had to have the real thing. 👍
Great vid on these beautiful razors. I wasn't sure I wanted to get into single edge shaving, but I've been looking at the Gems for awhile and had a pretty minty razor in mind. Well, your video made me pull the trigger on it, a 1912 Junior. Can't wait to give her a go! Thanks!👍
