This is the best video lectures on LTE that I ever came across. A dumb can understand what LTE is after viewing this lecture... It helped me alot in my thesis.

Good one. Thank you. It would be interesting to see the whole call flow from a mobile to mobile through IMS. Also, the other services that IMS provides too.

In your video, SIP protocol is used for communication between drawed network entities but HSS communicates with diameter protocol only.

Really nice introduction to IMS. However, I wouldn´t say that ASs are part of IMS (in fact the 3GPP has only standardized the interfaces -ISC-). Besides, I would have included the MRF.

the IMS stands as a bridge between packet network and a circuit switch network providing some services. But at the end you are saying that the IMS network itself is connected (within the IMS network) by IP? Did I get that right?

Kohaku Public Switched Telephone Network. That is the wireline phone network.
