Wow this so much more simplified as compared to my college professor. Don't get me wrong, she's brilliant but I'm a slow learner and her methods are kind of confusing for me at times. This is like the dummy version of chemistry that i actually understand. Please upload more of chemistry! :)

The periodic table used in this video is literally the best and most detailed one I've ever seen. Does anyone know how to get the same one (so that I can save it and use it later on in class because the one on here doesn't go up to a higher quality than 720 and it blurs some of the words)

So in Question should be "A Ion of platinum has a...." cause when it hasnt the same amaount of protons and electrons it isnt atom anymore but ion (cation in this case), right?

I’m a little late to the party but would your end example of Platinum actually be realised as an isotope? Thus making it ¹⁹⁵Pt⁴+ ?

I don't think so, a normal platinum atom probably has 117 neutrons, so if we add another neutron THEN it becomes an isotope. You don't need to add just 1 for it to become an isotope btw you can add more than 1

mohid0786 They are recent as of 2016, 113 Uut ( Ununtrium) which is now Nh, (Nihonium after Japan, which is Nihon in Japanese). 114 Uuq, (Ununquadium) is now Fl (Flerovium). 115 Uup, (Ununpentium) now Mc (Moscovium, after Moscow area). 116 Uuh (Ununhexium), now Lv (Livermorium, after the Livermore National Laboratory in USA) 117 Uus (Ununseptium) now Ts (Tennessine after Tennessee area) 118 Uuo (Ununoctium) now Og (Oganesson after Russian nuclear physicist Yuri Oganessian) And 119 Uue (Ununennium) is a hypothetical element which also goes by Eka-Francium There is also another hypothetical element 120 Ubn (Unbinilium) or Eka-Radium.
