a huge thanks and regards to you sir. it's really helpful and it's obvious that you spend a large amount of time on it. just a small Q: is there any answer for exercises for Assignments? Thanks a lot!

Yes. I don't want to post them publicly as many people may like to work through the exercises themselves. I highly recommend first trying the exercises and assignments yourself as that's how you will learn.
