Hi, the boots are part of the whole costume. Those are custom hand-made for the buyer. I found some info online here: www.tautinis-kostiumas.lt/paslaugos/kostiumu-dalys/; you could try contacting them and ask if they do just the boots.
Every part of the national costume is handmade (the reason why it costs so much ) and you don't really need to have shoes to dance further more there are several different types of shoes
