Cool thing about California beautiful neighborhoods is that the homes are so close to each other but also seems private at the same time due to the lush landscape

Very interesting subject to video but, unfortunately, you are moving the camera too fast. That makes it difficult to adequately appreciate the beauty in the details!

Narrator's voice is very annoying. Very difficult to understand and have to really listen to try and catch what she's saying. Doesn't fully pronounce the words. Lovely neighbourhood though.
