Introduction to Lower Back Pain | Dr. Jon B. Lee 

Dr. Jon B. Lee presented, his talk titled, "Introduction to Lower Back Pain" for our Pain Science Lecture Series, May 2023 edition.
He discusses the basics of lower back pain, common painful conditions, and a variety of treatment modalities he discusses the basics of lower back pain, common painful conditions, and a variety of treatment modalities.
Dr. Jon B. Lee did his medical school and residency training at The University of California, Irvine. His primary specialty training is in emergency medicine, a field that gave him the unique experience of treating a wide array of both acute and chronic painful conditions. Dr. Lee is currently a pain management fellow at Stanford University, and he hopes to utilize his specialty training to transform and improve current practices of treating painful conditions in the emergency department. His clinical research and interests includes medical education, simulation based teaching, and novel applications for point of care ultrasound. His family immigrated from Jakarta, Indonesia, and his favorite place to travel is Bali.
