Also, on the IMC RU-vid channel“insightmed” there are a few ways to watch what we miss in real time. The whole Intro class is archived together as a Playlist. Gil said today maybe starting another live class April 21. Also every morning, I think he said 7 AM Pacific Time Zone. I look forward to to meditating with you via the ethers.
