Hello, I worked with oem grid control 10g and 11g and it's centralized. I think when you say that there is one web url for each database, you are talking about oem database express which still exists until now with the 19c for example.

@therocoa- EM require Adobe flash player to run .. and now adays Adobe desupported flash player.. how are you using EM express ?
