you can use same login i think if it is a budget issue but you have to check how may users can login with same credentials at the same time otherwise different login will be good enough.

You can add a "new screen " option which is available on top left hand of the screen where you can choose the kind of screen you require. Also if you start with a blank "new screen" option then also can choose the Forms option, where you can choose between Edit and Display. Hope this helps
