Can you please explain what hardware you used to be able to communicate with the led's on resolume?

not showing my artnet controller how to connect

I have a weird issue with the LeDMX2 MAX. I can only use resolume to connect to it via Broadcast. Resolume detects the network card, but when I select it or manually enter the IP it doesn't work. However when I switch to broadcast it does. Do you have any idea why this might be?
