Introduction to Scotts® Pursue™ Blue Grama 

Grow a lawn to be proud of with Scotts Pursue™ Blue Grama. This natural seed is tall-growing prairie grass native to North America. It grows deep roots for a drought-tolerant lawn covering. Scotts Pursue™ Blue Grama can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing Blue Grama or Buffalograss lawn. Plant when air temperatures are between 70° to 90°F. For simplest application, evenly apply by hand, spreading the seed low to the ground on a calm day with minimal wind. For best results, mix one part seed with two parts Scotts Premium Topsoil in a bucket before applying. Lightly water the seededbed daily. Continue this frequent watering for 2 weeks after seed germination. Apply fertilizer once per year in the summer. The grass can be left unmowed or mowed to a height of 3 to 4 inches. Grows to about 20 inches in height. Blue Grama requires full sun. One 1 lb. bag of Scotts Pursue™ Blue Grama has a new lawn coverage of 340 sq. ft. and an overseeding coverage of 685 sq. ft.
